2) WEDDING DATE: Should you want to enquire for any Wedding Package or Quotation, kindly bear in mind that you MUST be able to provide a wedding date. With that, you will be able to get an accurate pricing.

3) WEDDING VENUE: Outdoor or Indoor? For an example: HOTEL, TRENDY Event Space, Glass House, Beach Side or any Outdoor Venue.

Thus, planning for a Wedding is not that difficult nor complicated. So long as you follow the 3 MAJOR Steps as above, planning steps by steps you will be able to have a perfect wedding of your own.

I have been in Wedding Planning industry with 10 years of experiences. 

My little record is to have witnessed over 200 couples tying their knot and handling their wedding as their WEDDING PLANNER.

The more importance would be that on your Wedding Day, every single agenda could be run smoothly, all guest is enjoying all the arrangements that couples had prepared for them, keeping them happy and MOST IMPORTANTLY are leaving every single of them the BEST MEMORIES. This is for me, a PERFECT WEDDING.

At the same time, I am also a florist and decorator, and I do know how to decorate a wedding. I have also had my professional training from different areas 

(E.g.: Makeup Artist, Photography, Videography as well as Image Consultant).

I think that what really can help customers are knowing how to help customers to choose the best services, reducing unnecessary waste and getting the best arrangements directly.

4) For Outdoor Wedding, we will be assisting around by taking care of all your guests. For say if it is raining, we have already prepared our In-House Umbrella to cater with this issue. Our Planner will also immediately execute Plan B. 

5) For Indoor Wedding, we will be assisting around by taking care of all your guests. We will also assist to usher all your guests to their respective seats. If there are unexpected situation occurs or perhaps you will have some well-known artists coming to perform, we will also be able to immediately arrange for that to avoid any awkward moments.

6) You will have a bride/groom's personal assistant. You do not need to worry about the whole process and all you need to do is to enjoy every moment of your wedding.

IMPORTANT !

7) You will have different design compositions. For example, our team will create wedding items to artistically shoot for photography and videographers and even you will have enough time for shooting and recording.

8) About the arrangements before your wedding and on your wedding day, let us does all the work for you. We will be handling and doing cross-check for your Wedding Agenda over & over again to ensure that your Wedding Day will be as smooth as silk.

3) How does XO23 Wedding Events team respond to customer’s enquiries?

We will respond to new customers in within 15 Mins and will comes out with a Wedding Quotation in within 3 Days. Our goal is to not letting our customers to wait too long. Not only that, during peak season of wedding / during others couple wedding day, our couples can still login to our system to view their wedding progress and status if they cannot get our reply right away.

4) What are the differences between XO23 Wedding Events and Others?

We have our very own Decoration & Florist team. In additional of our Wedding Planner’s creativities & ideas, we create unique and new vibes of ideas for your Wedding Decorations. As well as putting in the factor of not to disturb the sight and safety awareness of your guests to achieve a comprehensive Wedding Day Decoration. This is what a real Wedding Magician does.

5) Will XO23 Wedding Events increases the price of the Vendors Services recommended by their Wedding Planner?

The answer is NO. We will not and never increase the price of the Vendors Services recommended to you as we will provide all the original invoices and Vendor’s contact numbers to our customers. Our customer can feel free to contact the Vendors recommended to them directly if they want to check on their price too.
