There are Five things⚠️that you need to take note for "themed wedding venues’’: 

 

1. Where is the location of wedding venue? In the city or suburbs? Are the guests local or out-of-state? Do the locals drive their own cars?

For guests from out-of-state will need to arrange transportation because the transportation for suburbs area in Malaysia might not be convenient for them. 

 

2. If the wedding venue located at the suburbs, is accommodation provided for guests? Due to the suburban roads are dark, the route has to be arranged well to ensure the guests’ safety.

3. Be sure to have PLAN B to avoid rainy weather. 

 

4. Prepare emergency medicine kit.

 

5. Be sure to arrange your family members or friends to coordinate with your wedding’s vendors and venue person in charge if you did not engage any wedding planner or coordinator. Everyone has to cooperate if there are any emergencies occurs.



 

If your wedding is held in a restaurant or hotel, here are ⚠️ Five things to take note:

 

1. Are the wedding programs excited? As guests will know the usual wedding process, do you want to add in some special programs to make your wedding different with good time management.   

2. Is there a VIP guest list? How to arrange VIPs to the VIP room or area?

 

3.   Is there any guest with limited mobility? If yes, you will need to inform the venue person in charge. 

 

4.   Is there a lot of wedding stuff to be delivered to the venue or hotel room? You can also inform the venue / hotel person in charge in advance.

 

5.   When you are almost ready, you need to inform the person in charge of the venue on the day to arrange the first dish and inform the emcee to prepare for the opening speech.



In conclusion, you need to know the status of your wedding, the number of guests, wedding decorations, budget and food arrangements to decide on how to plan your wedding.
